Steven and I traveled up to Minnesota to spend Thanksgiving with my family. Ken could not join us because he had to work. We stayed the first night with my friend Teresa and her family. She drove us the next day to Benson. We were able to see Chauntel perform in the musical, Cinderella. The next day Steven went to his first band concert. Tyler is in the 7th grade band and they had their Winter Concert. Steven loved it!!! We spent the rest of the week hanging at my mom and Dale's house where we played, baked cookies, and ate lots of yummy food! Thanks to everyone for a wonderful trip!
My mom made a "birthday cake" for Steven so we could sing Happy Birthday with the rest of his family. He was not feeling well on Thanksgiving. He caught a cold while we were up there. Luckily, he didn't get anyone else sick!

Steven and Micah played well together. I think they will really enjoy each other more this summer. Here Steven is trying to show Micah how to put the shapes into the barn.
