Character Breakfast

We took Steven to Disney's Polynesian Resort for a character breakfast. We thought this would be a great "test run" for his birthday breakfast at the Magic Kingdom. He has seen some of the characters before but he was quite young. He did not like Lilo but then again according to Ken she is kind of scary looking with her big head. Pluto stopped by and he enjoyed him especially the nose. Mickey was supposed to stop at our table but somehow he missed us. We waited for him to come around again but Steven was ready to go so we did not get a picture of them together.

He was such a good boy at breakfast. We are going through a bit of a new stage which I am not enjoying. He wants to feed himself and eat table food. Not a problem if he would chew it! I have been giving him tastes of almost everything we are eating. He still struggles with the chewing concept. He tried some of the Mickey Mouse waffles and the breakfast potatoes.

Here's Lilo. He was very unsure at first and then he made up his mind. He did not like her!
He did like Pluto. He wasn't too sure at first but then he smiled. Here he looks a little hesitant. He's unsure of new people and when people leave. He cries everyday when I leave for work, Ken leaves, or Jennifer. The other night we ordered pizza and he even cried when the delivery man left. Oh well!!
