Swift Falls Tornado

Last night a tornado swept through my hometown. It destroyed the neighbors barn, shed, and garage then jumped across the road and lifted up before taking my sister Stephanie's house. She said there was absolutely no warning. Her husband Scott had called home to see what the weather was like. She went outside to look and noticed an unusual color but said the birds were still flying. She then realized it was rather debris and heard the sound of a freight train coming through the trees. She rushed inside with two of her kids. Everyone was safe thankfully. They did have roof and shed damage as well as many down trees. Jenni-o Turkey has many turkey farms where they raise the turkeys. My uncle works in one of the barns that was completely devastated. Swift Falls is a small village. Ken would tell you that my family makes up 15% if the population!!!! LOL My sister and her family have received an unbelievable response from neighbors, friends, family, and strangers. It has been a very humbling experience.
