Cousins

There are five grandchildren on the Ferry side of the family. All the grandchildren are from myself and my two sisters. Dylan, Tyler, and Chauntel are much older than Steven and Micah. They were such a great help with watching and playing with Steven. Steven was also quite the little entertainer for them. The newest cousin Micah is only 10 months old and would follow Steven around wanting to play with the others but he wasn't able to keep up since he is still crawling. Steven would try to communicate with him but ended up taking away his tractors or whatever toys he was playing with at the time. Unfortunately this behavior also enabled Steven to learn a new word, "mine-e-e-e-e".

There is a rather steep hill next to the deck and Dylan was worried Steven would fall down so he picked him up to keep him safe but lost his balance in the process sending both of them sliding down the hill. Steven thought it was great! Then all the cousins started to slide down the hill on their bottoms. Their pants were full of grass stains so we decided to give them some boxes to use instead. The were sliding down the hill for more than two hours!!! So much fun!!
