Daddy Turns 40!

It is official...Ken is 40! He had quite the birthday celebrations. First his friends and brother Dave all flew down to surprise him with a weekend of golf. Steven and I went over on Saturday afternoon to their resort for birthday cake and swimming. (Thanks to everyone for helping me plan and pull off this surprise!!!!)
Mel and Ellen arrived on Sunday and were able to be here on Wednesday, April 8th for the official birthday. Ken spent the day golfing with his dad. Then later we grilled steaks, shrimp, and had some strawberry cheesecake.

Ken received many wonderful gifts. I took him to see Artie Lange in Clearwater, my mom gave him White Sox vs. Twins tickets for when we are up in Minnesota this summer, and his parents gave him a blower. He was like a little boy with that blower.

Steven loved the blower too!!!!
